The Happy Birds can present
their show inside or outdoors (in hot weather shade will be required).
"Is there any danger of contracting bird flu from the parrots"?
NO, our birds were all domestically raised, and
never brought around poultry. The only parrot ever known to fatally contract
the disease was a wild caught bird from Asia, that was kept in close quarters
(quarantined in England) with over one hundred other birds. It was the only one
that was infected.
Please
keep in mind, the particular strand of flu in the news, has had no human or
avian infections in this country or Europe, and was always contracted
from poultry.
It simply does not exist
here.
